Features

Everything a local SEO does by hand, done continuously.

EZIO is not another dashboard. It is an engine that measures your local visibility, decides what to fix, produces the fix, publishes it and checks the effect. Here is exactly what it does, and what is left for you.

Platform or agency

What you gain, and what you give up

An agency is not a bad choice. But it sells hours, and hours stop when the invoice stops. Here is the honest comparison, including where the agency keeps the advantage.

  • Monthly budget

What an agency still brings€800 to €3,000 depending on scope
  • Time to start

  • Tailored strategy

What you gain with EZIOA framework set by your brand profile

  • Negotiation, fieldwork, relationships

What you gain with EZIOOut of scope

The last two rows favour the agency, and we are leaving them in. An engine executes a framework, it does not replace someone who knows your trade. Plenty of our customers keep outside advice and hand the execution to EZIO.

Three connections, once

Setup is the part providers charge most for. Here it fits in one session, and you install nothing: no plugin, no tag, no work on your server.

  1. Your Google account

A single Google authorisation covers both your Business Profile and your Search Console. Not two connections to manage: EZIO asks for both permissions at once and never asks again.

    ≈ 2 minutes

  2. Your website address

You paste the URL, EZIO reads the site and infers your sector, services, tone, keywords and competitors. We call it the organisation scan: it fills your profile in for you.

    ≈ 5 minutes of analysis

  3. Your area and keywords

The radius to defend and the queries that matter. It is the one genuinely strategic call in the setup, and it is yours. Everything else arrives pre-filled.

    ≈ 3 minutes

No developer needed. No change to your website is required to start monitoring.

The foundation

Your brand identity, written once, applied everywhere

This is the difference between generated content and content that sounds like you. The organisation scan pre-fills a profile you then correct by hand. That profile governs every sentence the engine produces, whether it is a blog article, a Google Business post or a review reply.

Forbidden words matter as much as the rest: they are what lets regulated professions (health, law, accountancy) automate without stepping outside their code of conduct.

  • Industry and target audience
  • Tone of voice and formatting rules
  • Value proposition and brand values
  • Priority keywords and tracked competitors
  • Default call to action
  • Forbidden words: what the engine will never write
  • Writing language and average order value
  • Internal linking: the pages to push

The tools, surface by surface

Four fronts, one engine. What you see in the interface, and what it produces.

Local visibility

  • Geolocated ranking grid

Your Google Maps rank is not one number: it changes from street to street. EZIO measures your position across a grid of points around your business, keyword by keyword. You see the area you hold and the area you have lost.

  • Competitor monitoring

Who outranks you, at which point on the map, with what rating and how many reviews. The comparison is run on the same coordinates as your own measurement, so it is genuinely comparable.

  • Market analysis

Search volumes, difficulty, intent and related questions for your sector's queries, with the gaps your competitors exploit and you do not.

Google Business Profile

  • AI-written review replies

Every review gets a reply written in your tone that answers what the customer actually said. You approve, or you let it publish. The rate is capped so a wave of negative reviews cannot drain your quota.

  • Scheduled posts

Regular publications on your profile, generated from your brand identity and published automatically on the schedule you set. A living profile climbs; a frozen one slips.

  • Attribute optimisation

EZIO spots incomplete or wrongly filled fields on your profile and proposes the fix, because a missing attribute costs positions without ever warning you.

Website content

  • Optimised articles

Written on the keywords the analysis found reachable, structured for search, produced from your brand profile. Published straight to your site or pulled through the API.

  • Automatic internal linking

Every new article is linked to existing pages covering the same entities. A regular check finds orphan articles, the ones nothing links to, and repairs the mesh.

  • Indexing requests

A corrected page does not exist for Google until it is recrawled. EZIO requests it through the Indexing API and tracks each URL's real state instead of waiting.

  • Optimisation for AI engines

Content is structured to be cited by generative answers, not only ranked in blue links. That is where a growing share of local search is moving.

Measurement

  • Search Console connected

Clicks, impressions, positions and indexed pages read straight from your Search Console. The engine never decides on an estimate when the real figure exists.

  • Weekly report

What moved, what was corrected, what still needs a decision. Sent by email, exportable as a PDF for a client or a board.

Workload

What you stop doing yourself

Local SEO is not hard, it is endless. The same actions, repeated forever, which is exactly what people end up dropping. Here is what leaves your week.

Publishing your articles and posts at the right timeA slot to block out every week
Checking your local rank around your businessDozens of searches by hand
Cross-reading Search Console and deciding what to fixA skill few owners have
Getting your corrected pages recrawled by GoogleA step almost always forgotten
Linking your content togetherInvisible work, quickly abandoned
Replying to every customer reviewThe first thing to go when you are busy

Auto-healing

A detected drop triggers a fix, not a notification

This is the core of the system and the reason we call it a closed loop. EZIO regularly compares your average grid position against the previous measurement, keyword by keyword, and acts on its own once the gap becomes significant.

  • A trigger threshold

A fix only fires on a clear drop. Below that it is measurement noise, and reacting to noise degrades more than it repairs.

  • A decision, not an alert

Depending on where the drop came from, the engine corrects the site content or publishes to the Google profile. Different failure, different remedy.

  • A cooldown

After a fix, the engine waits before returning to the same keyword. An action needs time to show its effect; stacking fixes makes it impossible to know which one worked.

  • A built-in safety cap

The number of automatic fixes is capped. This is the protection against negative SEO: an attack that pushed your rankings down cannot turn your engine into a machine for burning your own quota.

Timelines

What to expect, and when

Local SEO is not instant and nobody honest will tell you otherwise. The measurement, however, is immediate.

Day 1
Your first visibility grid is computed. Before any action, you know where you stand, point by point, and against whom.
First week
Brand profile confirmed, Google profile taken in hand, first posts and first review replies published. The profile is the part that moves fast.
First month
The first articles are published, indexed and linked. The loop has enough history to tell a real drop from a fluctuation.
Two to four months
The usual horizon in local SEO for competitive positions to move. You follow the progress on the grid instead of hoping for it.

These timelines depend on your market, your seniority and your competition. The grid makes them visible week by week: that is the only promise we care to make.

See first, decide after

The free audit computes your real grid from your address and your keyword. No account, no commitment.
